Couples Intensive Therapy Wilmington NC

For couples who need to see a therapist “now” because they are in crisis or for those who want to roll up their sleeves and begin the process of identifying and repairing/improving their relationship then the two-day intensive couples therapy may be the solution.  If couples are busy and committing to weekly sessions is unmanageable or waiting weeks to see a therapist may be “too long” then registering for the intensive couple therapy may be the answer to addressing new and old issues that are suffocating the relationship.  

In person session take place in my office.  Over the course of two days (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) couples engage in a total of 10 therapy hours to help to identify and heal past and current issues.  Couples move toward deescalating, repairing, healing and strengthening their relationship.  Cost: $185 per hour not including $75 Gottman Couple’s assessment
